Guarantee
Under EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email or write to us.
You can also return items within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Note: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition. Use a tracked shipping method for safety. We do not refund return shipping for non-defective items.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order is damaged or defective, email us at info@med-kinetik.de. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund. Please return items with proof of purchase.
Order Acceptance and Contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. We’ll confirm receipt via email within 24 hours. The contract forms only when we ship your item and send a confirmation email.
If an item is unavailable, we’ll inform you and won’t charge you for it.
Pricing and Promotions
Prices include VAT but not delivery charges. We may change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs after your order, we’ll contact you to confirm if you wish to continue.
Promotions may differ between online and in-store offers.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, and other secure methods. Payments are processed in euros (EUR). You must provide correct payment details and allow us to process the payment.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping in Germany and internationally. Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Delivery times vary and charges are shown during checkout.
We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. Please check that your shipping address is correct, as we can’t cover delays due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
At Med-kinetik, we offer various delivery methods to meet the needs of our international customers:

- By Sea
- By Courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx)
Shipping and freight charges are calculated based on the delivery method and destination. These charges will be added to your invoice unless otherwise stated by the importer. We offer shipments under the following Incoterms: EXW, CPT, FCA, and FOB.
Please note: delivery times and costs may vary depending on the shipping method, location, and product type. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Returns Policy
We take great care in packing and shipping your orders to ensure that they arrive safely. Upon receiving your products, please inspect the items for any visible loss or damage. If any damage or loss is found, please contact us immediately to file a claim.
Important:
- Any damage or loss must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
- Hidden damage should be reported as soon as detected, but no later than 5 days after discovery.
Return Process:
- No returns will be accepted without prior notice.

- We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing any credit or refund.
